Tainacan

Tainacan is an open-source digital collection management system developed by the University of Brasília. It allows users to create and manage digital collections, including multimedia content, through a web-based interface. Tainacan offers features such as metadata management, user roles and permissions, and item import/export. It also enables users to create custom item types, taxonomies, and metadata fields. It can be used to build a variety of digital collections, including archives, museums, and libraries. It’s integrated with WordPress and it’s a plugin, which means that it can be used as a plugin for a WordPress website, allowing the integration of the digital collections within the website.
